New junior team coach appointed!
The Welsh Surfing Federation is delighted to announce that Phil Saddler has taken on the role of Welsh Junior Coach with immediate effect.
Phil has been coaching Junior surfers in the Pembrokeshire area for the past few years and has developed an excellent local squad, achieving some excellent results on the Welsh and UK competition scene.
Phil will be responsible for organising squad coaching sessions, assisting the WSF with team selection and will travel with the Junior team to the forth coming European Junior Surfing Championships in Portugal this July.
The WSF are excited to be working with Phil in his new role and will be offering all our help and support in this exciting time for Welsh Surfing.
The WSF wishes Phil every success in this key role of junior development.
